planning without feeling overwhelmed

Last month, we were featured in Brides, “The Wedding Industry Is Still Coming Back—Here's How to Start Planning Without Overwhelming Your Team,” and nothing could be more true - weddings are coming back FAST!

It’s easy for both vendors and couples to feel overwhelmed right now. So what can you do to stop the overwhelm? Besides checking out my suggestions in the link below, start by considering the positives and negatives to each action and reaction. I believe this is such a main point for every area of our lives, but when it comes to wedding planning, consider your time and effort and where it will be best spent so you can enjoy the experience and your life while also creating the most beautiful day.

  1. What have you done TODAY to plan for your wedding?

  2. What have you done TODAY that has nothing to DO with your wedding? Yes, this is also important because it shouldn’t become your entire life.

  3. Have you asked for help where necessary and / or hired help that will make your life easier?

  4. Are you working with vendors who create a happy experience, both on the client side and vendor side?!

  5. Are you moving your body / exercising and getting those endorphins going?

Would love to hear from YOU!
